This was really good. Chicken took a few minutes longer. Cream was really good on it. Served with asparagus, which was also good with the cream

I really liked the combination of the rosemary and dijon flavours for the marinade. I have used the marinade a number of times for chicken and salmon on the George Foreman grill, and it always yields juicy, flavourful results! The sauce was pretty good too, but it felt a little like eating a mouthful of mayo in every bite. Maybe if the sauce was warmed, it would feel less like eating a condiment, and more like a sauce.

Very subtle flavors and doesn't make a lot of sauce; double recipe at least...still nice.

This is a great quick recipe, the family loved it. I did substitute fresh dill for the rosemary.

Yum!! So easy to make and delicious. Note - I doubled the sauce to brush on the chicken for broiling, otherwise there just is not enough (I brushed 6 chicken strips with the double portion)

I made this for family who were visiting, and everyone thought it was a hit. This was quick and simple. The sauce was simple. I made extra of everything and had great leftovers for lunch at work.

Very good and incredibly easy to make. I made more coating and sauce then what was called for. I also added pepper and a small dash of cumin to the sauce. I browned both sides in a grill pan then put it in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes to finish off. This was tasty and very moist. Made it with a green salad and some corn.

So yummy! I made this ages ago and then lost the recipe. I couldn't remember what it was called and finally found it yesterday completely by accident. It's such a wonderful and simple meal to prepare. The ingredients are things I almost always have on hand so it's great for a quick weeknight dinner. I made extra this time around so I would have leftover chicken for sandwiches. The chicken is so juicy and so nicely flavored that it works perfectly for a nice tangy sandwich the next day. I keep the sauce to use as a sandwich spread and layer on the leftover chicken with some lettuce and tomato. Mmmm...now I'm getting hungry again!

Other reviewers are correct, this is a keeper dish. Very tasty, easy and gratifying! Have already added this one to my regular collection. Left-over chicken will be used in tomorrow's lunch salad, remaining Mustard Cream will be turned into honey-mustard dressing - yum!

Excellent recipe! Agree with the reviewer who suggested pounding the chicken to an even thickness. Chicken should be cooked to an internal temp of 165F. Trying to guess the amount of time is tricky. Check with an instant read thermometer-get one if you don't have one. When grilling it seems best to cook one side, turn, then brush the glaze on top. This will prevent burning. The accompanying sauce is delicious. Enjoy!

OMG!. This was fantastic! Accidentally put a tablespoon of dijon in the marinade sauce rather than a teaspoon. Will definately do the same thing next time I make this, which will be really soon. Everything else, did exactly as the recipe said. Wonderful! Will add this to my regular meals. So easy and quick. Added a little of the chopped rosemary to the mayo sauce for color. Loved it!

I made this for an easy weeknight dinner for my family, which includes some picky eaters. It was delicious and easy. Amazing how much flavor the chicken had even without the sauce. I pounded the chicken breasts so that they would cook evenly (and because I don't like thick juicy pieces of chicken). Turned out great and this will become one of our frequently used recipes.

More flavor than the fat content would lead you to believe. Loses a little of the flavor when re-heated but not much. Modify to chicken strips on skewers and it makes a really great appetiser.

This chicken was FANTASTIC!! I love dijon and this was a flavorful, light meal that maintains the added bonus of being low-calorie. It was wonderful for a lovely weeknight dinner. So easy to prepare, although I had to make 3 times the sauce to baste the chicken than the recipe called for.

My entire family loved this dish. No one (including myself) was sure about the dijon/mayo/water sauce, but everyone went crazy over it. I cooked the chicken on the George Forman grill for about 7 minutes. Chicken was juicy and tender - perfect with the sauce. This was a definite keeper!

I made this dish the other day and thought it was pretty tasty! I liked the rosemary and mustard flavors together. I added about a tablespoon of garlic to the oil mixture that gets brushed over the chicken, and thought it was great that way. I served it with brown rice and the "roasted brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze" http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=1895997 that I found on this same website. It was a fast and easy meal, and tasted good.

This recipe was so good, easy and very quick to prepare. I accidentally used a tablespoon of mustard with the oil and rosemary. I like mustard so this was a good mistake. I cut my chicken into tender size so it would cook faster. I served with yukon gold potatoes mashed with fat free sour cream.
